## Synopsis

- **Business Challenge:** Evaluate how an MES could address manufacturing-process, data, traceability, and operational requirements across the organization.
- **Approach:** Participated in a multi-year assessment spanning requirements gathering, needs analysis, process evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and two separate MES vendor explorations.
- **Outcome:** Neither engagement proceeded to implementation, but the work clarified business requirements, technology fit, implementation considerations, and organizational readiness for MES adoption.
- **My Contribution:** Served as project champion and advisor, helping translate manufacturing needs into system requirements, evaluate proposed solutions, and guide stakeholders through the exploration and decision-making process.
