I am Patrick Jaeger.

I am a Kansas City-based solutions developer specializing in business applications, process automation, solution architecture, and Microsoft Power Platform. Much of my professional experience has focused on manufacturing operations and digital transformation, where I have designed and developed practical solutions that streamline workflows, improve visibility, and support the people who rely on them every day.

My work typically begins with understanding the business process before selecting the technology. I work closely with stakeholders to understand how an organization operates, where friction exists, and what a successful solution needs to accomplish. From there, I translate those requirements into practical, maintainable systems designed around the people and environments in which they will be used.

My experience spans business process discovery, solution architecture, application development, workflow automation, data and reporting, deployment, training, and continuous improvement. I have worked extensively with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to develop solutions supporting manufacturing, quality, engineering, maintenance, and operational teams.

I believe technology should fit the problem it is solving. The goal is not to introduce unnecessary complexity, but to create focused solutions that provide meaningful business value, remain sustainable over time, and integrate effectively with the broader organization.

Successful projects are built through collaboration. Working with subject-matter experts, operational leadership, and end users allows me to combine their knowledge of the business with my experience designing and delivering technology solutions.
